How To Send Us Your iPod
We recommend that you wrap your iPod Touch in bubble wrap or similar and place in a box, packed so the contents can’t rattle or shift around in transit.
Your parcel MUST include the following information as a minimum:
1. Your name and a contact number or email address.
2. Your iPod Touch.
3. A note of what the problem is. The more info the better as it helps your machine get diagnosed and back to you much quicker.
We can take no responsibility for your unit until we receive it at our repair centre, so if you are in any doubt, ensure you send by recorded or special delivery so you can track its progress to our door and ensure we receive it safely.
Please also back up your data in iTunes before sending in to our repair centre as we cannot guarantee the data on your machine whilst it is in for repair.

How we send your repaired machine back to you.
We will return your iPod to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. It will be insured in transit until signed for by you. You can track your delivery after it leaves our repair shop on the website below. Your order tracking number can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the iPod Repair website.
